They will order parts for you if they don't have it, and they are generally lower cost than Amazon. I love supporting small businesses and Uptown Computers fills a niche that I was missing since we lost Mike's Computer Store. Also, they are dog friendly!

I don't give 5 out of 5 to often so 4 of 5 is like a 5 from me. I called 3 different computers stores and all wanted to charge me just to help me with a diagnosis, Bilal didn't. Very nice and eager to please the customer. I could go other places to get my parts cheaper , but I will help and support this small shop.

Awesome customer service. I called with a request for an old PC to run XP for a game that I want to play and even though they did not have the PC I needed they went on Google and researched programs I could use on my computer that allows me to download and play the game I wanted. They even offered for me to come in with my computer and they would get it set up and downloaded for me if I had issues 🙂 highly recommend
